RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT

PREAMBLE
The Cesar Autonne Cigar Club (hereinafter referred to as ("the Club") is a private association dedicated tocreating a platform where business leaders and cultural patrons collaborate to ensure Odessa's heritage endures and evolvethe,  appreciation of the finest cigars, and  the cultivation of distinguished fellowship. Every Member, upon acceptance into the Club, affirms their commitment to uphold these Rules and to conduct themselves at all times in a manner befitting a person of honour, discretion, and distinction.

ARTICLE I — NAME, SEAT & SYMBOL
1.1 The full name of the association shall be the Cesar Autonne Cigar Club.
1.2 The Club's principal seat is the city of Odessa, Ukraine.
1.3 The Club's motto is: In Fumo Veritas ("In Smoke, Truth").
1.4 The Club's colours are tobacco brown, burnished gold, and ivory cream.

ARTICLE II — OBJECTS & PURPOSES
The Club is constituted for the following purposes:
 • Honoring Odessa's Heritage, Building its Future.
 • To provide Members with a distinguished forum for fellowship.
 • To uphold, promote, and transmit the traditions of cigar club excellence.
 • To arrange tastings, pairings, and social events of the highest quality.
 • To support excellence in hospitality.

ARTICLE III — MEMBERSHIP
3.1 Classes of Membership: Founder Member, Full Member, Associate Member, and Honorary Member status.
3.2 Admission Procedure: All candidates must be proposed and seconded by two existing Full Members.

ARTICLE IV — PREMISES & LOUNGE
4.1 Sanctuary: The Club's premises shall be regarded as a sanctuary of repose, fellowship, and discrimination.
4.2 Attire: Smart casual attire is the minimum standard for all Club events.
4.3 Decorum: Use of mobile telephones for conversation is discouraged in the smoking lounge.
4.4 Property: The private humidor and communal stock shall be respected as shared property.

ARTICLE V — CODE OF CONDUCT
5.1 Principles: Courtesy, consideration, and integrity are the foundations of membership.
5.2 Etiquette: Toast before lighting. Allow ash to form naturally; lay the cigar to rest without force.
5.3 Guests: Members are responsible for the conduct of their guest throughout the visit.
5.4 Confidentiality: The affairs of the Club and the names of its Members are strictly confidential.
5.5 Reputation: Members shall present the Club and its values with the highest respect at all times.

ARTICLE VI — DISSOLUTION
In the event of dissolution, assets shall be donated to charitable causes related to hospitality or cultural heritage preservation.
